Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HR functions, including employee relations, learning and development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, and manage training programs to meet those needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees and management.
  • Manage HR systems such as iCIMS and Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and maximizing system capabilities for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles, preferably within the finance or casino gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems such as iCIMS and Dayforce.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
