Position Summary:

We are currently in search of an On-Site Ink Operations Manager to oversee operations at our client’s facility. This role will act as a crucial link between INX and our customer, ensuring the effective management of the on-site ink room and ink production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical services, including color matching and ink production.
  • Manufacture ink batches weighing under 100 lbs.
  • Conduct Quality Control assessments on incoming and site-produced ink batches.
  • Manage inventory and perform monthly consignment counts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues encountered by the customer, documenting solutions appropriately.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of INX Inplant Technicians.
  • Train and communicate operational procedures to all INX Inplant Technicians, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide ongoing operational support and conduct quality audits on-site.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong verbal, written, and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the ink industry, with 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to perform technical services and effectively match colors.
  • Experience in manufacturing ink batches under 100 lbs.
  • Competence in Quality Control for both incoming and site-manufactured ink.
  • Responsible for inventory management and record-keeping.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • Previous experience in laboratory, inplant, or warehouse settings.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
