Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate essential project details to relevant stakeholders in a timely and precise manner.
  • Assess project requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop a comprehensive execution strategy for the project.
  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications from the outset.
  • Prepare crews daily for project execution through established planning methodologies.
  • Review time sheets and utilize the Quantity Log to verify accurate time and material usage.
  • Create and manage a two-week work schedule that aligns with the overall project timeline.
  • Achieve project execution objectives consistently.
  • Document project activities through Daily Activity Reports and photographic evidence.
  • Optimize manpower and equipment deployment for maximum efficiency and foster personnel development opportunities.
  • Safeguard and maintain all company and rental equipment and property.
  • Compile daily labor hour reports to ensure alignment with budgeted time and quantities.
  • Engage in structured reviews as outlined in the Planning & Measurement Process.
  • Report all incidents, accidents, rework, damages, and near misses promptly.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by remaining engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Participation in pre-employment and random drug screening is mandatory.
  • Subject to a background screening process.

This assessment will require approximately 15 minutes of focused time. We take the results of this assessment seriously in evaluating candidates against the necessary traits for success in this position.
