Regulatory Promotional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Act as a brand lead, overseeing the submission process and ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Independently prepare and deliver high-quality submission packages through taking screenshots, organizing materials to output a compliant submission PDF, and annotating pertinent information.
- Assess the time and effort required to complete each submission and partner with Project Management team to develop submission timelines and allocate resource accordingly.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate dashboard of all current and upcoming submissions, including the stage of review and submission deadline.
- Follow up directly with client liaisons to ensure submissions are received on time and meet all client expectations and specifications.
- Create, update, and disseminate to department/team documentation on client specific guidelines.
- Actively manage team expectations; directly interface with clients as required.
- Coordinate work among reporting staff to manage workflow and ensure appropriate coverage for all client needs including vacation coverage.
- Manage one or more direct reports at the Associate and Senior Associate level, including responsibility for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and career development.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-4 years relevant experience preparing complex submission deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Technical competency in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience communicating with clients directly.
