E-commerce Merchandiser

At Posh Peanut, we're seeking a skilled E-commerce Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for curating and enhancing our online product offerings and content presentation to elevate the user experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products in an attractive and well-organized manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling online collections and landing pages.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to inform and enhance merchandising practices.
- Discover new and exciting ways to showcase slow-moving products.
- Manage site-wide product linking to drive conversion of featured items.
- Manage and optimize product recommendations across the site.
- Analyze search keyword data to optimize search-ability of product assortment.
- Implement keyword associations and associated site re-directs.
- Perform routine on-site testing to verify proper functionality of content.
- Closely monitor collections to ensure correct products are showing up in correct collections.
- Conduct A/B testing in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 4 years of e-commerce merchandising or site merchandising experience within the fashion/apparel industry.
- Experience working with Shopify Plus and search and merchandising tools such as SearchSpring.
- Expertise in e-commerce merchandising practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics & Hot Jar.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational proficiency.
