Your primary goal will be to create a positive and personalized experience for each interaction, whether it's through phone calls, online chat, or email.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and Resolve Service Inquiries: You will receive and respond to service inquiries from patients, providers, and staff, ensuring that you provide accurate and timely information within departmental guidelines.
- Provide Education and Support: You will educate patients and staff on benefit clarification, eligibility requirements, verification, authorization, billing, and claim status, as well as provide support with administrative tasks such as submitting enrollment record changes.
- Facilitate Claims Resolution: You will follow up on member calls and correspondence to ensure that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Document Service Interactions: You will track and document all service interactions with patients and staff within our systems, adhering to established guidelines.
- Develop Productivity and Availability: You will maintain high levels of productivity, availability, and adherence to your work schedule, ensuring that you are always available to support our patients and staff.
