Key Responsibilities
  • Engage individuals in crisis to create personalized intervention plans.
  • Utilize lived experience to provide empathetic support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with a two-person crisis response team to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Offer non-clinical assistance beyond immediate crisis resolution.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have a minimum of two years of continuous recovery from serious mental illness (SMI) or substance use disorder (SUD).
  • Possess one of the required certifications: CRSP, CPRS, NCRPSS, Certified Wellness Coach, or Community MH Associate Certificate.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals in community settings.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
