About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
* Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
* Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg a plus
* Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
