Position Overview
• Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and organizational leadership to design and implement a strategic recruitment plan that aligns with the company's objectives.
• Works in partnership with management to identify staffing requirements, business challenges, and specific job qualifications.
• Leverages a variety of sourcing methods (both internal and external) to cultivate a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
• Ensures that all recruitment practices adhere to relevant policies and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Utilizes digital platforms to identify candidates, assesses and screens applicants, conducts preliminary interviews, coordinates with Employee Resources Administrators for scheduling in-person interviews and assessments, and collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to formulate competitive offers while providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Maintains accurate and detailed records and reports throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Partners with HR Business Partners to address various recruitment-related matters.
• Advises hiring managers on topics such as recruitment trends, industry best practices, and diversity initiatives.
• May engage in relationship-building strategies and recruitment efforts at educational institutions, vocational schools, military organizations, and job fairs.
• May participate in pre-employment assessments, manage relocation policies, and fulfill staffing system requirements.
• Stays informed about current trends and practices in recruitment and staffing.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum: 3 years of experience in recruitment, encompassing the full recruitment cycle. (A Master's degree may count as one year of experience; partial years of six months or more will be rounded up to one year of experience).
Essential skills and qualifications include:
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in personal computer applications and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft software and applicant tracking systems (such as Success Factors, Taleo, Kenexa, ICIMS, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of organizational structures.
• Strong grasp of recruitment methodologies, employment policies, and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with company and HR policies, programs, and information systems (SAP) is advantageous.
• Possess strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated capacity to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Educational Background
A degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the preferred educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration.
Other fields may be considered in place of the preferred disciplines listed above.
Certifications and Licenses
Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-Certified Professional (CP), or SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) are preferred.
Work Environment
Office-based environment with travel requirements of up to 25%.
