TGM Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled TGM Operations Manager to join our team at Airgas, an Air Liquide company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our region's refinery sales team by defining customer-specific service work scopes based on contractual obligations and managing the implementation process for refinery accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing and managing the Airgas Safety Management System across assigned teams and customer sites with the goal of zero accidents and injuries.
- Managing and directing technicians to deliver committed results to assigned TGM/Outlook customers.
- Developing and maintaining team scheduling and vacation time for assigned customer sites and managing SAP procedures for product ordering.
- Identifying efficiencies and implementing process improvements to maintain high levels of service to assigned TGM/Outlook customers.
- Growing and maintaining assigned TGM/Outlook customer base, identifying and selling new contractor business as pertains to assigned refineries, and identifying and selling new customer opportunities for TGM/Outlook services.
- Providing vacation coverage as needed for assigned teams.
- Partnering with Branch Managers to streamline order processes and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Supervising and developing staff through goal-setting, evaluations, positive feedback, discipline, and ongoing coaching.
- Managing operating expenses within annual budget parameters.
- Collaborating with Area Branch Operations Managers, AVPs, and Directors of Strategic Accounts to deliver regular customer business reviews.
- Implementing new TGM/Outlook product and service offers to assigned customer bases, including presentations and data packages to support new offers.
- Collaborating with Area Branch Operations Managers on new hires to support TGM/Outlook site and customer expansion within assigned geographic areas.
- Timely submission of required safety, payroll, and associate paperwork for assigned teams.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and/or 2 years of related experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Broad operational knowledge of Airgas processes and product mix.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Solid computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database programs, Google Suite).
- Project management experience preferred.
- Team player with ability to manage by influence.
- Collaboration and delegation skills.
- Ability to set goals, self-motivate, and assist others to achieve set goals.
