About the Role

We are seeking an Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for washing and cleaning vehicles, ensuring windows and sunroof are closed, and informing management if products or tools are needed.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Vehicle Preparation: Wash and clean vehicles in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
  
• Window and Sunroof Safety: Ensure all windows and sunroof are closed, automatic wipers are disabled.
  
• Quality Control: Double-check work to ensure the vehicle is clean and move/park the vehicle to the designated area.
  
• Product and Equipment Management: Inform Management if any products, materials, or tools are needed.
  
• Teamwork: Follow Management directions.
  
• Product Handling: Properly handle products and wash towels.
  
• Safety Procedures: Follow safety procedures.
  
• Equipment Operation: Operate buffers, hoses, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Licensing: Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record are preferred.
  
• Vehicle Operation: Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
  
• Space Navigation: Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
  
• Attitude and Skills: Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
  
• Reliability: Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
  
• Communication: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  
• Teamwork: Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
  

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location considerations.
