Job Summary

The LAL Manufacturing Packaging Assembler I will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, focusing on fully understanding our technology and executing each process step with precision and quality. This individual will interact with various functions, including Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning, to contribute to the overall packaging of LAL lenses and RMAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute packaging room activities, including pre-sterilization packaging, label production, foil sorting and pouching of lenses, and final lens assembly and packaging.
  • Enter work order data and close orders in the ERP system.
  • Train manufacturing personnel on packaging processes and document training in accordance with quality system requirements.
  • Develop expertise in areas of responsibility and embody values such as qualification, respect, teamwork, sense of urgency, customer focus, professionalism, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving ability.
Requirements
  • Minimum of associate degree or three to five years related experience and/or training in medical devices.
  • Completion of training requirements, including TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics.
  • Baseline skills with Microsoft office applications, online spreadsheets, and ERP system software.
Salary and Benefits

$22.00-$23.00 per hour
