As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving the performance and quality of our products, specifically the Light Adjustable Lens.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical solutions to streamline and expand the manufacture of the Light Adjustable Lens.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and regulatory partners to ensure effective improvements to the manufacturing process.
- Design and prototype fixtures, tools, and equipment, utilizing CAD as needed.
- Develop processes to facilitate and optimize workflows for LAL technicians.
- Monitor the manufacturing process to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical devices.
- Strong understanding of DFM, GD&T, and machining/molding principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks PDM software.
- Experience with regulatory standards (ISO 11979, ISO 13485, ISO) and GMP/GDP.
RxSight, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
