MV Transportation is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day route operations and reporting to the Dispatch Supervisors. Your duties will involve daily communication and interaction with drivers and clients, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and on-time operating performance. You will track and report sign-in/sign-out times, ensure routes are timely, and communicate service issues to the Dispatch Supervisors or Dispatch Managers as appropriate. Key responsibilities include taking client calls, monitoring radio and telephones, and influencing positive employee morale and quality customer service. You will also be responsible for monitoring and completing driver sign-in and sign-out daily, assigning trips to drivers, and participating in analysis and review of operating performance. Qualifications include one year of previous Dispatcher experience, two years of Customer Service experience, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Experience with Trapeze software is a plus. If you have a strong customer service commitment, professional phone manner, and knowledge of the service area, we encourage you to apply. Starting pay rate: $22 - $24/hour.
