Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Verified First, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within your assigned territory. You will work closely with the VP of Sales to develop and execute a regional sales strategy, build and cultivate prospect relationships, and execute a regional networking and marketing plan. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily sales calls, prospect and execute revenue pipeline development, and build and cultivate prospect relationships to generate sales.
* Execute a regional networking and marketing plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
* Work with the VP of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet goals.
* Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

* Have strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly disposition.
* Be able to stay professional at all times while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* 3+ years minimum experience within the Background Screening Industry selling B2B services at an enterprise level required.
* 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven record of success in achieving quotas and increasing revenues.
* Extensive cold calling experience required.
* Must be able to develop and execute territory sales strategies.
* Must be able to present and communicate in a professional manner.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Demonstrated self-discipline and ability to work well remotely to meet or exceed goals.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Working knowledge of Google Doc, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
* Experience working with SalesForce.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with coworkers and vendors.
* Work within a fast-paced environment.
