Job Description
  • Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions, prescribe medications as needed, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency program in family medicine or internal medicine.
  • Licensure to practice medicine in Connecticut.
  • Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine.
