As an Advanced Urology Practitioner, you will play a vital role in our vibrant urology team, performing patient assessments, rounding at our two Central Region hospitals, overseeing consults, and contributing to procedures.

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team, providing exceptional care while unlocking avenues for personal development and positively influencing patient outcomes.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and generous paid time off.

About the Role

  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, e.g., referral to other health team members or specialists.
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider's practice as designated by protocols and identifies problems outside of their scope of practice and refers appropriately to physician.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible).
  • Training: Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP certified).
