Summary
Midstate Radiology Associates seeks a highly skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical operations, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with radiologists and nursing staff. Responsibilities and Duties
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing cases, staff, and patients for upcoming procedures.
  • Providing direct care to patients, including collecting and interpreting medical information.
  • Evaluating medical information obtained from physical examinations and testing.
  • Collaborating with radiologists and nursing staff to update and oversee preparation of procedure whiteboards.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Connecticut RN license, with permanent licensure within 90 days.
  • Recognized and licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) in the State of Connecticut.
  • Certified by ANCC or AANP as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or (AG-ACNP).
  • Controlled substance registration for practitioners.
