About the Role:

Publicis Sapient, a global leader in Digital Business Transformation, is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our elite Growth Force team. As a key member of our Healthcare practice, you will leverage our comprehensive portfolio and extended capabilities to identify new opportunities, drive growth, and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive profitable year-over-year growth for 1-3 healthcare clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Partner with clients to identify business opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver measurable results, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs, fostering deeper connections and driving business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and account references to promote our services and solutions.
  • Shape proposals and negotiate agreements that meet mutually beneficial outcomes for Publicis Sapient and our clients.
  • Manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by orchestrating relevant stakeholders and ensuring contractual arrangements meet defined commercial goals.
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring accurate reflection and forecasting in our CRM pipeline to provide visibility and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our GTM offerings, solutions, brand, and network building, as well as industry trends and cross-client line of businesses.
  • Cross-sell across our horizontals, services, solutions, and capabilities to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a high level of performance and results in goal achievement, account management, people and diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, innovations, and contributions to the Publicis Sapient Growth Force Community.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts to match our offerings to client priorities.
  • Contribute to Global Client Partner community and Growth Force community strategies, best practices, case studies, and education.
