Job SummaryWe're seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading a cross-functional clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of clinical professionals to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with regional operations director to identify and address employee and patient concerns
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
