Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinical professionals to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with regional operations director to identify and address employee and patient concerns
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
