About the Opportunity

At Alaska Regional Hospital, we are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and improving the health and well-being of our community. We are seeking a talented Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (IMCU) team and play a key role in achieving our mission.

About the Job

This is a leadership position responsible for assisting the Nursing Unit Director in planning, implementing, and assessing daily nursing care and services. You will provide supervisory and management oversight for staff members and departmental resources and processes. Additionally, you will facilitate interventions to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, and educational needs.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Alaska nursing license in good standing.
  • An Associate's Degree in nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Medical Step Down or ICU settings.
