Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales, managing product displays, and protecting company assets. This position serves as the lead for the store department, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and uphold a high standard of guest service
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures
  • Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for growth
  • Manage inventory control and achieve inventory targets
  • Implement cash handling and loss prevention policies
  • Lead the sales floor team and oversee rental operations
  • Mentor and train the sales team through effective communication
  • Provide outstanding service to all guests
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotion displays
  • Restock merchandise as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail sales is required
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
  • Knowledge of industry products and trends is beneficial
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
