Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and adjust bicycles with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to industry standards.
  • Complete paperwork and logs accurately and thoroughly.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of bike-building standards and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Preferred: Experience in the bike industry, retail, or customer service.
