About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Rochester, NY. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their communication skills development, and enhancing their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting.
What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
