Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and selling new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions accurately.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer contacts simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales.
  • State or federal work experience.
