We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to improve Property Tax and Excise Tax unit performance.
  • Answer telephones, greet visitors, and provide information and assistance.
  • Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Route and direct customer requests to appropriate units.
  • Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.
  • Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer service performance.
  • Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED; with two years of experience in customer service, or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of Property Tax and Excise Tax policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of computers and other modern office equipment.
