We are dedicated to transforming the conventional methods of managing construction projects, which often feel cumbersome. Dibbs simplifies these processes, making it easier for users to achieve their project goals.

About the Role

As the Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure users derive optimal value from Dibbs. This is a newly established role, and we seek an individual capable of developing and documenting a comprehensive support process for our users. Success in this position will pave the way for you to build and lead our customer success team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Work in partnership with the sales team to facilitate seamless onboarding for new users.
  • Coordinate with marketing to manage social media feedback effectively.
  • Inform existing users about the latest enhancements to Dibbs.
  • Establish a process focused on exceeding customer expectations post-sale.

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success within a technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist customers in maximizing product value.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.
  • Experience with Hubspot is advantageous.

Compensation

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year based on experience.
