**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms. You will also be required to utilize our commercial cleaning task schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**

* Empty trash and recyclables
* Dust all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
* Dust all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, and moldings
* Clean all glass and mirrors
* Clean and sanitize restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
* Vacuum and mop floors
* Perform weekly detailed cleaning
* Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

**Requirements**

* Must arrive to work location at scheduled time
* Must work within allotted hours
* Must complete any special requests made by clients in the company log
* Must comply with all company policies and procedures
* Must have respect and understanding for coworkers and customers
* Must contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
* Must wear proper uniform at all times
* Must be able to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
* Must be able to stand, walk, push, stoop, kneel, and crouch constantly

**Work Schedule**

This is a part-time position, working evenings. Hourly pay rate and work schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
