Transformation Change Management Specialist

As a key member of our Change Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, as well as experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. You will be responsible for driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of changes that impact employees in the organization, thereby increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and continuously improving change management processes and materials to adjust to lessons learned as the Center of Excellence matures. This includes developing and sharing templates and information that project teams will rely on to help shape their OCM plans for successful implementation.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in Business, Change Management, or Communications. You will be an exceptional communicator with excellent active listening skills, able to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.
