Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care
- Act as a liaison and communicate with the psychiatric, medical, and treatment teams
- Manage the center's nursing activities to assure the highest quality of nursing services
- Serve as a resource to the nursing personnel and the direct care staff to ensure comprehensive service provision and accurate documentation of care
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a valid license to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required
- Three years (3) of nursing experience in a healthcare facility
- Preferably experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric illnesses
- Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office applications and data collecting/analyzing platforms
