Project Scheduler Job Description

One Tech Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating project life cycle schedules, working closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including generating reports and assisting with control activities.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to obtain weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates.
  • Assist in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditures.
  • Meet with employees and departments to provide and gather updates on project activities.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling/cost team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in P6/Primavera and understanding of the critical path method.
  • Knowledge of engineering/construction lifecycle scheduling within the oil and gas/construction generation renewables space.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification of completion for P6 training is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
