Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Coordinator to join our team at K2 Staffing, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP systems, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate MEP systems, including design, procurement, and installation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide support to project managers and teams as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in MEP systems coordination
  • Proficient in CMiC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
