Project Support and Coordination Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support and Coordination Expert to join our team at The Ash Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our project coordinators, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist project coordinators in managing project schedules, deadlines, and tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project coordinators, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneNote.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
