General Summary:

This position involves assisting customers through various channels, including answering phone calls, locating products, processing orders, and delivering items to customer locations. The role requires effective use of technology to generate invoices and maintain customer service standards. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers both in-person and remotely.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and maintain effective communication with clients, providing timely updates.
  • Complete sales transactions through accurate data entry, product verification, and payment processing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Perform warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Recommend alternative products based on customer needs and availability.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
  • Proficient in basic math skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret invoices, catalogs, and product descriptions accurately.
  • Capable of lifting heavy items and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate manual transmission vehicles if necessary.


Work Environment:

This role is set in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions. It requires physical activity, including bending, climbing, and lifting during the loading and unloading of products. Employees may encounter extreme temperatures and are expected to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. This position is considered safety-sensitive.
