Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management Analyst to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity access management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure identity access management systems to protect sensitive data and applications.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for identity access management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for identity access management systems, including system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in identity access management, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of identity access management standards, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
  • Experience with web application management (WAM) integration, preferably with PingAccess.
  • Experience with identity access management in cloud environments, such as AWS and Azure.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization.
  • Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight, motivated and willing to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and qualities to work with peers and various levels of management.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
  • Quick learner and self-starter.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and efficient worker.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to question processes for the purpose of improving them.
  • Application development and scripting experience, preferably with Perl, JavaScript, Groovy, etc.
  • Middleware and lower-level server management experience a plus.
  • Experience with web authentication management platforms, ideally performing integration, engineering, or production support.
  • Experience with OAuth technologies and solutions.
  • Deep understanding of large networks and systems, and the interaction between applications, infrastructures, etc.
