The IAM Operations Manager will be an integral part of the Information Security division, focusing on identity and access management as well as data governance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Identity Management and Data Governance unit.
  • Ensure compliance of IAM processes with ISO27001 standards.
  • Administer Varonis data governance to monitor open permissions, PII, PCI, PHI, and GDPR compliance.
  • Architect IAM solutions, workflows, and integrations tailored to business and security requirements.
  • Configure Okta and Sailpoint systems for user provisioning, authentication, access management, and role definitions.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for IAM operational teams regarding Okta and Sailpoint implementations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Okta and Sailpoint technologies.
  • Familiarity with Varonis or comparable data governance tools.
  • Solid understanding of identity management principles and authentication methods.
  • Practical IAM experience along with knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.
  • Insight into secure architecture, SDLC, system integration, and troubleshooting techniques.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Capability to convey security and IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM roles, particularly with Okta and Sailpoint.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Okta Certified Administrator.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Background in a regulated and enterprise environment is highly preferred.
