HR Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the conversion of paper files to digital formats
- Updating HRIS files and information to ensure data integrity
- Developing, reviewing, and proofing HR documents, such as job postings and offer letters
- Assisting with recruitment materials and attending team meetings
- Helping manage onboarding and offboarding processes with HR Generalists
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (current sophomore or higher year)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
