Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol Hotel Premises: Conduct regular patrols of hotel lobbies, corridors, and public areas to detect and prevent any potential security threats.
  • Enforce Rules and Regulations: Ensure that all guests and staff are aware of and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Investigate Incidents: Respond to and investigate any incidents or complaints, including thefts, vandalism, and disturbances.
  • Provide Assistance: Assist guests and staff in emergency situations, including providing first aid and filing incident reports.
  • Monitor Security Systems: Monitor and respond to security system alerts, including fire alarms and CCTV cameras.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with hotel management to identify and address any security concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: None required, but previous security experience is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Security Officer certification preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to speak and hear in English, close and distance vision, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
