- Lead a team of 10-15 Route Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales objectives and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including store management, to grow sales and execute sales programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular meetings with your team to discuss performance, sales strategies, and customer service skills.
- Partner with the product supply team to build accurate forecasts and ensure product availability.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years leading a team of frontline employees.
- Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Competitive salary range of $48,500 - $75,700 based on a full-time schedule.
