About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a District Sales Leader Designate. This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on a key role in driving sales growth for Frito Lay, a leading brand within PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive onboarding program to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the District Sales Leader role.
  • Lead a team of 10-15 Route Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including store management, to grow sales and execute sales programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with your team to discuss performance, sales strategies, and customer service skills.
  • Partner with the product supply team to build accurate forecasts and ensure product availability.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years leading a team of frontline employees.
  • Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
