Sales Director, Premium Experience

The New York Red Bulls are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director, Premium Experience to lead the expansion of our premium and hospitality business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, while providing exceptional service to our members and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase premium and hospitality revenue
- Manage and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and service goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and high net-worth individuals
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in premium sales and development
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in training and coaching teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
