Role Summary:

As a Manufacturing Production Coordinator within the Electrode Division, you will be integral to overseeing production metrics, yield optimization, and project management. Your efforts will be essential in enhancing the efficiency and quality of our production processes, particularly in a fast-paced startup atmosphere. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and timely execution, as the Electrode Division is crucial in the battery production chain. You will work closely with engineers, field service engineers, and the Operations team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and operations run smoothly. We expect you to function as a proactive project manager and planner within the battery manufacturing sector.

  • Compile daily production and yield reports to assess team performance and deliver actionable insights on production statistics (utilizing Davinci/PowerBI).
  • Standardize workflows and establish systematic procedures to boost operational efficiency.
  • Lead daily meetings within the Electrode Division, ensuring that comprehensive minutes and action items are documented and circulated for effective follow-up.
  • Facilitate clear communication among various stakeholders (including other departments and contractors) in both office and production settings.
  • Create performance-related materials using Davinci/PowerBI to inspire operations and enhance production efficiency.
  • Conduct interviews with employees to pinpoint production challenges and implement targeted enhancements.
  • Assist in developing a standardized training curriculum for engineers and operations personnel to minimize losses due to human error and elevate overall performance.
  • Support the executive leadership by addressing their specific needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong collaboration, planning, and communication skills to serve as the central point for the team and achieve production objectives.
  • Possess bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork and success in reaching goals.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
  • Show a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with manufacturing environments are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Davinci (Spotfire) and PowerBI is a plus.
  • Competence with computers and Microsoft Office software is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
