We are seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to undergo training to become Machine Operators within our Wire Mesh production team. As a Production Machine Operator and Welder, you will operate various machines to manufacture wire mesh and join the Teamsters Local Union No. 40.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully complete a drug screening (including THC), physical examination, eye/hearing assessment, and background verification.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime as necessary.
  • Availability for weekends and holidays (premium rates apply).
  • Strong mechanical skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional lifting or pulling of up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional walking along the production line.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in using a tape measure and micrometer.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Familiarity with overhead hoists.
  • Capability to perform welding repairs.
  • A proactive approach to challenges.

Compensation: Starting pay is $19.98.
