Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our Emergency Department team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As an RN in our ED, you will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and psychological needs, developing individualized treatment plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in clinical team conferences to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Comply with hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval.
