Salary Range: $23.94 - $42.50 per hourJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team in Thief River Falls, MN. As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of bankers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Develop and coach a talented team of bankers to achieve sales and service targets, while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and manage risk to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 4+ years of banking or financial services experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing teams, with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and community leaders.
