**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Preparation Specialist to join our team at Fogo de Chão. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in our salad bar, side dishes, and desserts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including storage and rotation of products.
- Assist management in tracking expiration dates and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and areas.
- Complete beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management.
**Requirements**
- Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
