Job Description: After-School Family Support Assistant

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000 - $62,500.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe and welcoming space for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with homework, organize activities, prepare snacks, and facilitate positive interactions among family members
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to families, leveraging your ability to develop meaningful connections
