Paraprofessional Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Paraprofessional Support Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This individual will work closely with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and promote positive behavior management strategies.

Compensation PackageThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, matching 401(K), weekly direct deposits, and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities- Implement IEPs and promote positive behavior management strategies
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support student learning
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ed Tech Certification
- Prior experience working with special education students
- Mild/moderate/severe experience highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
- Offer typically made within 24 hours of interview
