Job Title: Sales Associate

At Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our national customer accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Provide timely market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the consumer product industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel and ability to use data analysis tools to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
