About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Global Campaigns team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful adaptation and launch of campaigns across Geo Field Marketing stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships across a global cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Work with Regional Leads to define their local campaign adaptation and execution strategies.
  • Project manage the overall build and launch of regional assets in multiple Geos and languages.
  • Apply marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve the customer experience.
  • Develop test plans to refine messaging and drive engagement lift.
  • Oversee day-to-day communication with the Geos.
  • Set-up tracking and reporting according to the global campaign framework.
  • Define and implement recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within channels.
  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity.
  • Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management.
  • Partner across teams to deliver work on-time and on-budget.
About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Highly collaborative and has an affinity for building relationships across teams.
  • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
